LADIES OF MERCY

The Ladies of Mercy is an active group of faithful women who meet periodically for lunch, prayer, a brief “business” session and lots of fellowship. Occasionally, we take road trips, have a craft night and enjoy each other's company. Various activities include: providing cookies/dessert for parish events, a quilt raffle, staffing parish fundraising dinners and providing funeral luncheons. This group also sponsors the Polish Fest.

Contact the church office for more information at 330-627-4664.

We recently got together to make baby blankets for new members of the faith through baptism.

In 2017, we made a trip to the Rhoda Wise Home in Canton, Ohio where we watched a video of the life of Rhoda Wise and the many miraculous things that happened to her. Her life is a testimony to her faith in Jesus. The cause of beatification and canonization of the Servant of God Rhoda Wise is on its way to Rome.

A short pilgrimage was made to St. Joseph's in Mogadore in August 2014 to celebrate an outdoor Mass in the grotto with a candlelit Rosary procession in honor of the Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary. The evening was concluded with a stop for ice cream on the way home.
